Josephine & Vito Perilli are the Best in the Business !!! They sold our home within hours of listing to out-to-state buyers. The Buyer made cash offer after viewing Josephines video showcase of our home, community, amenities, lifestyle. The same day, they sold our home, they secured us a beautiful new home. They negotiated for the builder to include extra options and even got us money back.
