Josephine & Vito Perilli are the Best in the Business !!! They sold our home within hours of listing to out-to-state buyers. The Buyer made cash offer after viewing Josephines video showcase of our home, community, amenities, lifestyle. The same day, they sold our home, they secured us a beautiful new home. They negotiated for the builder to include extra options and even got us money back. They negotiated inspections, provided for a handyman, helped us sell all our furniture and coordinated all that was necessary to close on the sale of our home and helped us move all in the same day!
